Kay Air Service Inc. also offers a first class fall Moose Hunt. This is a 7 day day hunt and can be guided or unguided. It starts on the 3rd Monday in September,with the moose generally being in "Full Rut" at that time. Our success rate on a good Bull Moose Hunt is around the 70% mark. The hunt is located from 70 miles to 140 miles north east of our main base. Guided hunts: $5500.00 US Dollars Includes: Accommodations, food, guide, tags and all flying. Unguided hunt (tent camp): $3500.00 USD Includes: Accommodations, boats & motor, gas, flights in and out. (Your animal harvested wil be flown out at no additional charge.) Tags NOT included.
